I really do love what I do and always have had a real passion for helping people.
Long-term fixes are what I aim to achieve never short-term ones, I don't want to hold your hand, I want to make you independent and confident.
Making things simple in times of pain is what I believe you need. The body is a labyrinth and having a guide or mentor with you to reassure, build your understanding and include you in the decision-making process can make your rehabilitation so much less daunting and tedious.
I created IRM as a exercise-based and evidence-guided practice. Its important to me that in order for you to make an informed decision, you need to have access to all current treatment options for your particular issue. Anything I can't assist you with I will refer you to reliable and competent practitioners that do, getting your recovery started as soon as possible.
I am increasingly fascinated by pain science and it is my hope that by understanding pain you will see it in a different way.
